Our cancellation conditions at a glance

Holiday joy is known to be the greatest joy! All the more annoying if it doesn't go as planned!
If something comes up, the following cancellation conditions apply to direct bookings:

Cancellation conditions winter 2026 & 2027:
Should you have to cancel your stay with us, the following conditions apply:
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 21 days before arrival
up to 7 days before arrival, we allow us to retain 30% (your deposit) of the total amount of your booking.
From 6 days before arrival, we unfortunately have to invoice you for the full amount of your booking.

Exception of cancellation conditions for Christmas / New Year's Eve & Carnival week:
For bookings in the travel period December 19th, 2026 - January 6th, 2027 and February 06th, 2027 to February 27th, 2027 a free cancellation of your booking is only possible up to 21 days before arrival! Then we charge 100% of the total amount of your booking.
